Tara earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of New Orleans in 1982. He worked in property management for six years prior to founding Barbara Enterprises, Inc. in August of 1992. He has managed bei and maintained good standing in the business community since 1992, expanding the states where the company performs work beyond Louisiana to include Mississippi, Alabama, and Texas. He oversees the administrative responsibilities for all construction projects in conjunction with his project managers and project superintendents.

25+ years of construction experience in schools, casinos, medical and office building renovations, and mix-use facilities. Tracy is in charge of project management, overseeing both the estimation and execution phases. She evaluates the potential of new projects by assessing their feasibility, impact, and resources required, then ensures that ongoing projects stay on track, meet deadlines, and deliver expected results.
